Warehouse, offices in D17

A stand-alone warehouse and office building is for sale by private treaty in Willsborough Industrial Estate in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 through Jones Lang LaSalle which is quoting a price of €5.75 million. The building comprises approximately 2,725sq m (29,329sq ft) of which 540sq m (5,813sq ft) is modern office space over two floors. The warehouse is 2,147sq m (23,110sq ft) and has an 38sq m (409sq ft) of extra office space. The overall site covers approximately 0.892 ha (2.2 acres) and has a large yard with room for expansion subject to planning permission.

Monkstown site for €2.2m

Colliers Jackson-Stops is seeking €2.2 million for a site with full planning permission for two houses off Mount Town Road Lower in Monkstown, Co Dublin. One of the two four-bedroom houses will have a floor area of 300sq m (3,229sq ft) while the other will have 260sq m (2,799sq ft) . The site is adjacent to the CBS school and overklooks Monkstown Tennis Club to the rear.

KFC restaurants open

KFC is to open two new drive-through restaurants in Roscommon and Monaghan towns, part of a plan to roll out outlets over much of the country. The Roscommon restaurant will be at Centre Point, where the other retailers include Heatons, Carphone Warehouse, Aldi and Lidl. Construction is to begin shortly on the 230sq m (2,476sq ft) Monaghan restaurant which will be located in the retail park. Paul Shine of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald says that Herbal Resturants, which operates the franchise for KFC, is seeking more drive-throughs throughout Ireland and restaurant opportunities in Dublin.

€1.75m for Clontarf offices

A high quality own-door office suite at Seapoint Building in Clontarf, Dublin 5, is for sale at around €1.75 million through Colliers Jackson-Stops. Unit 11 has a floor area of 228sq m (2,454sq ft) on the first and second floors of the development and two basement car parking spaces. The current fitout is mainly open plan but also includes reception, boardroom, canteen and toilets on both floors. The offices have been designed to allow for subdivision into two separate self-contained suites. Seapoint Building was developed about three years ago by the MKN Property Group.

Malahide site for 1m

A site at 11/12 Malahide Road, Dublin 5, with planning permission for a two-storey retail outlet, is for sale at €1 million through Ben Pearson of Bogle Estates. The Grafton Group had planned to open a Sam Hire Centre on the site of 840 metres. The permission provides for a two-storey, double height retail outlet of 56sq m (603sq ft) on each of the two floors as well a store to the rear and eight car parking spaces. The site is close the junction of the Malahide Road and Collins Avenue.
