Megan Burke of CBRE has secured more than the €1.1 million guide price for Canal House, a detached office building overlooking the Grand Canal on Northumberland Road in Dublin 4.
The 152.77sq m (1,645sq ft) vacant block dating from the 1980s was sold on the instructions of receivers BDO. It was bought by a private investor.
