DFS showrooms at Limerick’s Ballysimon Road guiding at €3m

Colliers International is guiding €3 million, excluding VAT, for the DFS showrooms at Ballysimon Road, Limerick, which is rented at €225,000 per annum. The lease has another 14.45 years to run.

The showrooms has a strong profile on the Ballysimon Road, one of the main routes linking the city with the M7 motorway. The surrounding area has a large proportion of the city’s retail warehousing including Childers Road Retail Park and East City Retail Park.

The DFS showrooms has an overall floor area of 2,054sq m (22,118sq ft) over three levels and ample car parking facilities on the 1.4-acre site.

DFS was founded in 1969 and is one of the market leaders of upholstered furniture in the UK and Ireland with more than 100 retail outlets.
