Ballsbridge €5.5m: Des Donnelly of Hooke & MacDonald is asking €5.5 million in a private treaty sale for an interesting investment property at 107/109 Haddington Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

The two adjoining terraced houses, located close to the junction with Northumberland Road, is currently divided into 18 units which had been producing an annual rent roll of €160,000, including income from the seven off-street parking space.

The property is being sold with vacant possession and planning permission to convert the existing units into a smaller number of larger apartments.

However, with the rental market strong at present, particularly for centrall- located properties, investors are likely to continue running it as flats.
