€5m for former Kylemore Clinic site in Killiney

Rory Breen of the agency is looking for offers over €5 million for the complex which is certain to be of interest to a range of housebuilders given the immense shortage of well located infill sites in south Dublin.

Breen said the forthcoming sale meant that builders, developers or investors would be able to unlock the full potential of what was a superb site.

“Given its great location, this property is ideal for an exclusive high-end housing scheme, a nursing home, retirement village or for a private hospital or specialist clinics,” he said.
