€2.75m for Rathmines office building

The Medical Council is seeking €2.75 million for Lynn House, a four-storey modern detached office building at Lower Rathmines Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6, which is for sale by private treaty.

David O’Malley of Savills says the vacant building with a net internal floor area of 730sq m (7,864sq ft) should be of interest to both investors and owner-occupiers. The fit-out includes suspended ceilings with recessed lighting, double glazed windows, air conditioning, electric heating and 12 car-parking spaces.
