Redevelopment: An exceptional redevelopment opportunity has arisen along Galway's busy Eyre Square where two adjoining buildings have come on the market with vacant possession.

Terry Cunningham of Cunningham Auctioneers is quoting a guide price of €12 million for numbers 23 and 24 Eyre Square which extend back to Ballalley Lane at the rear.

Cunningham Auctioneers recently sold number 24 to the next door neighbour, solicitor Paul Horan, and indications are that the two three-storey over basement buildings will now be redeveloped to provide accommodation along one of the busiest stretches in the city centre. The buildings are located between the Skeffington Hotel and Eyre Square Shopping Centre. The other joint agent is Joyce Mackie & Lougheed.
