British Airways and KLM may not finalise merger terms for about a month even though they are working overtime to hammer out an agreement according to industry sources. Europe's first and fourth ranked carriers confirmed on Wednesday they were in talks to create the world's third largest airline, but warned these discussions were at an early stage and might not result in a deal.
