Apple Computers in Cork has described European sales of its new iMac as "extremely healthy". The success of the new personal computer is crucial to the long-term future of the computer giant. The company said it was too early to quantify exact sales levels but added that strong demand in Europe was "good news" for its Cork plant which had been supplying most of the European market since September.
