TWO adjoining commercial buildings at 46 and 47 Dawson Street, Dublin, were sold at auction yesterday by the Lisney agency for more than £1 million. Number 46, where the rental income is expected to rise from the present level of £20,375 to more than £40,000 next October, was withdrawn at auction at £412,000 and sold later. The other building, which is producing a rental income of £40,250, was sold at auction for £575,000. Emerald Star Line occupies the ground floor and basement.
