Republic drop down the FIFA rankings

The Republic of Ireland have dropped further down the FIFA world rankings to 39th from 36th. England have retained their 12th place but the Scots have climbed two positions to 27th.

Northern Ireland and Wales have also dropped further down the list, with the Welsh now a lowly 82nd behind Uganda and Thailand and the North are at 68th place.
