Art McRory and Eugene McKenna have returned to manage the Tyrone senior team. The duo, who guided the county to back-to-back Ulster titles in 1995 and '96, take over with immediate effect.

The reappointment of McRory and McKenna, two of Tyrone's most successful managers, comes as no surprise, particularly following a county board assertion several weeks ago that Danny Ball's successor would come from within. The appointment is "initially for the forthcoming season".
