American star Davis Love III didn't win the Open, but he at least had a smile on his face as he walked off the 18th. "I tamed the monster at last," said Love, adding: "This is a great tournament. I love it. It has been going for 129 years and one bad course set-up doesn't change that. I'm sure that next year at St Andrews we will be back to what we are used to."
