Two goals from John Corcoran, brother of Cork star Brian, helped Erin's Own reach the Cork final after an impressive win over champions Imokilly in yesterday's replay at Pairc Ui Chaoimh. They play Newtown Shandrum on Sunday.

Corcoran's first goal came after 20 minutes to leave his side 1-10 to 0-4 in front at the break having played with the strong wind. He scored his second eight minutes after the interval to open up a 2-12 to 0-6 advantage.

Joe Deane grabbed Imokilly's goal seven minutes from the end to set up an exciting finish and Dave Creedon almost forced extra time but his shot rebounded from an upright in the closing seconds.
