Their supporters went to hell and back waiting for the result to be announced over the tannoy at Maine Road but then came the good news - "Lincoln 0, Wycombe 0". Wild celebrations all 'round . . . until they learnt Neil Emblem had scored a winner for Wycombe seven minutes from time. The tannoy announcer should be charged with crimes against humanity.
