Best has already led London Irish to two victories over Quins since taking over as caretaker a year ago. His team, unbeaten since mid-December, are sweeping all before them. Irish make four changes from the side that beat West Hartlepool last weekend. Goalkicking wing Niall Woods replaces Jarrod Cunningham, Kevin Putt returns at scrum-half, fit-again lock Malcolm O'Kelly is back and Ryan Strudwick switches to flanker instead of the injured Kieron Dawson.
