Sir, – With reference to my article "What purpose would a new Proclamation serve in the 21st century?", in last Saturday's Weekend Review (April 4th), I should be glad if you would let me draw your attention to two typos which may have confused your readers. In mid-article, "Domestic Programme" should have read "Democratic Programme", and in the fourth-last line "fanatic herds" should have been "fanatic hearts". – Yours, etc,
