Sir, - Some weeks ago you published a letter of mine complaining that after six months I was still waiting for Telecom Eireann to install two additional telephones lines. Following that letter I have been inundated by Telecom Eireann personnel and, giving credit where credit is due, the task has now been completed in a highly professional and courteous manner.
