Sir, - Is it expecting too much of Richard Roche (An Irishman's Diary, October 13th) that he listen to RT╔ Radio before issuing his prescriptions?
On Sunday, October 7th, The Sunday Show on RTE Radio 1 played Paul Robeson's rendition of the song Kevin Barry. 2fm's Gerry Ryan Show also played it on Friday, October 12th.
Had Mr Roche enquired, he would have discovered that the song was scheduled for inclusion in two other programmes on RTE Radio 1 over the weekend of the re-interment. - Yours, etc.,
