Sir - while travelling on the DART to town yesterday, I was reading a copy of Commuting Times. It carried an advert about keeping DART stations tidy with the slogan "Don't rubbish your station". I got off at Tara Street station and saw plenty of rubbish bins. . .overflowing. There was also much rubbish on the platform itself. Had this been at the end of the day, I would understand. But I saw this at approximately 9.30 a.m. Is this typical? - Yours, etc.,
