Madam, - I recently checked the draft electoral register at my local post office in Upper Kevin Street.
I found that the whole of Kevin Street has been omitted apart from the Iveagh Buildings.
One would have thought that the sensible way to proceed would be to use the previous register as a basis and then to make additions and subtractions as necessary.
