Madam, - To depict the Virgin Mary among the images of drag artists (Magazine, March 13th) is a profanity deeply hurtful to many Irish Catholics.
Extreme and tasteless blasphemy may take place in the world of "drag" but The Irish Times should have the dignity and respect to avoid including such an offensive image. Is nothing sacred any more? - Yours, etc.,
