Sir, – It has become abundantly clear to me that we need to encourage Nphet to change its behaviour in the run-up to Christmas by imposing some appropriate restrictions.
I have the following suggestions: Nphet should only operate at 50 per cent capacity; Nphet should only meet outdoors until January 9th; Nphet should work from home unless it is absolutely necessary to go on TV; and finally, Nphet should desist from producing optimistic modelling scenarios that lead to more restrictions on society even when they are met.
