Madam, - In his review of the political year ("A close call for the 30th Dáil", The Irish Times, December 22nd), Stephen Collins refers to "the PD policy on hospital co-location".
However, A quick glance at Fianna Fáil's election manifesto shows that it too espouses co-location. The populist party merely succeeded in distancing itself from this unpopular policy. - Yours, etc,
