Sir, - Two letters (June 4th) prompt me to write to ask whether or not many of our motorists unwittingly display discrimination against the disabled when they insist on parking on footpaths in such a way as to leave insufficient space between their vehicles and the wall to enable a wheelchair to pass.
I have even seen ladies pushing baby buggies who were forced to come out on to the roadway to, make their way past such parked vehicles. - Yours, etc.,
