Sir, - Daily as I cycle, walk and drive around Dublin, I watch with pain Georges Street and Dame Street being dug up again and relaid with a poor road surface.
Maybe it is time for the city councillors and Mr Owen Keegan to reconsider introducing the telegraph pole to our streets. This, I am sure, would reduce the need for digging and re-digging the streets of Dublin and improve city life. - Yours, etc.,
