Madam, - Your Editorial "A time to pull together" (December 11th) made some points that were very relevant to our present straitened circumstances - particularly with regard to the "cash-rich millionaires" who profited from the boom years.
One group you failed to mention was the super-rich who decamp to tax havens. They should be given a choice: if they wish to retain their Irish passports they will be subject to Irish taxation. - Yours, etc,
