Madam, - Might I suggest, in face of the continued provocations and insults being offered to the United Nations by the Bush-Cheney junta, culminating in the proposed appointment of John "Bonkers" Bolton as its ambassador to that venerable body, that Kofi Annan might summon up the courage to propose that the UN simply move from its New York base to some other more hospitable part of the world?
