Sir, – One of the benefits of living in the information age is that while currently thousands of miles away on holiday, I can access Irish radio news and current affairs on mobile devices.

The drawback is that while thousands of miles away trying to relax, I still cannot get away from the tedium of the interminable RTÉ governance saga. – Yours, etc,
