In yesterday's report from the Moriarty tribunal, Mr Leslie Buckley was quoted as saying he felt "the accusations of Mr Buckley were to say the least irresponsible". In fact, Mr Buckley was referring to Mr Barry Maloney.
An article on French preparations for the Euro changeover in yesterday's Business This Week supplement referred to "the transition from the `scriptural euro' (cheques and credit cards) to the `fiduciary euro' (cash) on January 1, 2001". The correct date is January 1st, 2002.
In an article on Bunratty Folk Park in the editions of June 23rd, reference was made to the "Presbyterian" church that was moved from Ardcroney to the Park. It has been pointed out that, in fact, the church was Church of Ireland.
