MOSCOW - President Boris Yeltsin has formally suspended the Russian Justice Minister, Mr Valentin Kovalyov, pending an investigation into media allegations he was filmed in a gangland sauna with naked women. Mr Yeltsin's decree, published by the Kremlin press service, said the suspension took immediate effect. It gave no indication of how long it might last.
