A Liberian woman accused of importing cocaine worth £500,000 into Dublin Airport was remanded in custody by Dublin District Court yesterday for preparation of a book of evidence.

Ms Mai Jackson (40), of Staten Island, New York, is also accused of having three kilos of cocaine for supply at the airport on November 15th last.

Judge Timothy Crowley remanded her in custody to appear on January 12th.
