Stockholm - The Rev Christina Odenberg yesterday became first woman bishop in Sweden's Lutheran Church in a ceremony at Uppsala Cathedral, six months after she was elected by the Lund diocese.
The ceremony was attended by foreign church leaders, including the Right Rev John Neill, who represented the Church of Ireland.
