A woman held by PSNI detectives investigating a pensioner's murder in Co Down has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

Mrs Martha Young (86) was found dead at her home at Dungalvin, near Ballynahinch, on St Stephen's Day.

Police confirmed they were treating her death as murder following a post-mortem. No details about how she died have been released.

Detectives have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
