An 18 year old woman was fatally injured following a road traffic collision in Co. Kildare in the early hours of this morning.
The collision occurred at Clonuff, Broadford, Co. Kildare at 2am approximately and involved two cars.
The deceased was a passenger in one of the cars. Three other persons were removed to James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown with serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.
The deceased is a non-national and will not be named until relatives in her home country are notified.
