ROS -Revenue's service allowing customer to pay tax online. It cost €40 million.

Animal Health Computer System -Set up at cost €9.4 million. Nationally it tests 95 per cent of herds which are being handled online.

LOSERS:

The National Health Portal -Cost €2 million. A one-stop shop for health information and services. Launched in May 2004, suspended in February 2005.

Passports -plan to make passport application online. No details of costs available.
