A book of evidence in the case of the Co Wicklow woman accused of murdering her husband will be ready within five weeks, Dublin District Court heard yesterday. Ms Catherine Nevin (46), of Jack White's Inn, Ballypark, Arklow, is accused of murdering her husband, Tom, at the pub they owned on March 19th last year. She is also accused of soliciting three men to murder her husband between 1989 and 1990.

Judge Thomas Fitzpatrick remanded her on continuing bail to July 28th.
