The ecological building network was established to foster the role of architects and engineers in making building construction sustainable for the sake of generations to come. This text-based website (not an inspiring example of ecobuilding in sight) lists some startling examples of unsustainability (poor practise) as well as examples of alternative materials currently being researched. Its primary aim is to develop building codes and standards which uphold the principles of sustainability.
