The North-Eastern Health Bord has warned parents in the Meath-Cavan area to be on the lookout for a woman who has visited two homes in the region in the last three weeks seeking access to children. She claims to be a health board official and carries official-looking files.

Mr Gerry Lowry, the health board's childcare manager, said the woman may have "malicious intent". He believes it was the same woman in both known cases. She is described as middle-aged and well dressed.
