Racing: Ruby Walsh feels Kauto Star won't be found lacking for fitness in Saturday's Betfair Chase - but fears he faces a tough task.

Paul Nicholls' stable stalwart won the Haydock showpiece three times but is now rising 12 and is looking to reverse Cheltenham Gold Cup form with Long Run who had him back in third at Prestbury Park in March.

"I'm looking forward to getting back on Kauto Star, a horse who has given me so many incredible moments," Walsh told www.racinguk.com.

"You'd have to say he's a big price as Long Run comes here as defending champion as this will be a stepping stone to the King George and Gold Cup.
