Washington - The United States yesterday imposed trade sanctions on seven Russian enterprises that Washington believes helped Iran develop its missile programme.
President Clinton signed an executive order barring assistance to the seven entities, as well as exports to and imports from them, several days after Iran test-fired a missile with a range of 800 miles capable of striking Israel.
