Tyrone surveyor on theft charge

A Co Tyrone surveyor has been in court on a £5,000 theft charge. Mr Jason McKenna (21) Redford Park, Dungannon, is accused of stealing the cash from Lloyds Bank between February and July this year. He was remanded on bail when he appeared at Cookstown Magistrate's court yesterday. He also faces a charge of using another's person credit card to obtain mobile phone air time.
