An unemployed Limerick man and a juvenile were further remanded at Limerick City Court yesterday charged with the murder of a barman, Mr Noel Pyper. After an application from Insp Seamus Gallagher, Henry Street Garda Station, Mr Raymond Casey (33), Ashe Avenue, John Carew Park, Limerick, was remanded in custody to Limerick Prison until September 16th. The 16-year-old was remanded in custody to St Patrick's Institution until September 30th. The defendant's solicitor is to make a application for bail in the High Court.
