Gardaí have arrested two men in relation to an ATM raid in Cootehill, Co Cavan, last year.
One man (41) was detained in the Newbliss area of Co Monaghan, while the other (42) was arrested in the Dublin area. Both men are being held under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act at Monaghan Garda station.
The men were arrested at around 10am today.
On December 12th, 2009, thieves used a digger today to rip two cash machines at branches of the Ulster Bank and Bank of Ireland, next to each other.
