Two dead after crashes in Limerick, Wexford

Two more people have died on the State's roads.

In Co Wexford a 26-year-old man was killed when his car was involved in a crash with another car in Artramon, Castlebridge, at 7.15am.

The man was prounounced dead in Wexford General Hospital. The driver of the other car, a woman in her fifities, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

At 4am a man died in a two-vehicle crash on the Dock Road in Limerick city. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other driver was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital.

Neither victim has been named. So far this year, 332 people have died on the State's roads.
