ATHENS - Greece's technocrat Socialist Prime Minister, Mr Costas Simitis, and his outspoken challenger, Mr Miltiades Evert, locked horns in a television debate yesterday but no clear winner emerged from the duel. With national elections only nine days away, the two rival camps had hoped the first such debate in Greece would tip the scales in the close race but no knock out punches were delivered.
