Keith Prowse Tours is to create 120 new jobs in Buncrana, Co Donegal.
The well-known vendor of sport and entertainment tickets is to establish a customer support centre in the town with the support of the IDA.
The operation will support the worldwide sale of tickets and entertainment packages and will create 120 jobs over the next four years.
The Minister of State at the Department of Transport, Dr Jim McDaid said: "This provides some great, immediate, opportunities for young people in the area."
