Three teenagers injured in Dublin shooting

Three teenagers have been injured in a shooting incident in the Finglas area of Dublin.

Three teenagers have been injured in a shooting incident in the Finglas area of Dublin.

One of the youths is 14 years old. He has been taken to Temple Street hospital with injuries to his back.

A 17-year-old suffered a wound to his leg, while a 15-year-old was hit in the neck. They were both taken James Connolly Memorial Hospital.

A Garda spokesman said the incident happened when a lone gunman shot at a group of five youths who were standing at a bonfire. It is believed he was brandishing a shotgun.
