Three men are being questioned in Co Tipperary in connection with a robbery on a home this morning.
The robbery took place at in the village of Ballyclerihan near Clonmel. The alarm was raised after 6 a.m.
A car was taken in the raid and later crashed by the burglars. An undisclosed amount of cash and jewellery which was taken from the house was also later recovered.
The three, including two men in the twenties and a teenager, were arrested about two hours after the robbery. They are being questioned at Clonmel Garda Station.
