Three men were arrested in east Belfast yesterday after cannabis resin with a street value of more than £100,000 was found welded in the driveshaft of a lorry which arrived from southern Spain.

The Customs and Excise intelligence manager, Mr Henry Snodden, said: "We suspect that this method has been used for some time by a commercial smuggling team.
